Nicole is graduating from SCAD with a major in Equestrian Studies and a minor in drawing and business. Graduating with honors.
Studied a semester at UNB as a forestry major.
Worked at the thoroughbred racetrack in Mexico City. There, Nicole learned not only how to ride racehorses but also how to properly care for them.
